By using PrintVow.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Proofs

We send a free design proof for each order. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names and layout before you approve it. Production starts after approval.

Production and Shipping

Regular: 3-5 business days production and 5-7 business days shipping. Rush: 1-3 business days production and 3-5 business days shipping, for a $30 rush charge. We ship worldwide with USPS and UPS. See our Shipping Policy.

Your Content

You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images, names or text you send us. We may refuse designs that infringe trademarks or copyright, or that are offensive or illegal.

Colors

Colors on screen can look slightly different from printed products.

Pricing and Mold Cost

Prices are in USD and can change. Each different artwork, size or color requires an additional mold cost. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Refunds and Remakes

All orders and payments are non-refundable, including cancellations. We do not accept returns. Valid issues get a free remake; you pay shipping only. Issues must be reported within 24 hours after delivery, with photos. See our Refund & Remake Policy.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
