Do I get to see my design before you print?

Yes. Every order gets a free digital design proof. We start production only after you approve it.

How long does production take?

Regular production: 3-5 business days after proof approval. Rush production: 1-3 business days, for a $30 rush charge.

How long does shipping take?

Regular shipping: 5-7 business days. Rush shipping: 3-5 business days. All orders ship with tracking.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. We ship worldwide with USPS and UPS.

Is there a mold cost?

Yes. Each different artwork, size or color needs its own mold, which has an additional mold cost. We include it in your quote.

Do you take bulk orders?

Yes. Use our quote form with your quantity and date needed. Prefer Etsy? Order from PromoVow on Etsy or Craft and Print Studio on Etsy.

What file types can I send?

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. High resolution or vector files work best. Files up to 25 MB.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum quantity.

Can I return or get a refund?

No. Every item is custom made, so all orders and payments are non-refundable, including cancellations, and we do not accept returns. If there is a valid problem, like a defect or our mistake, we remake it for free and you pay shipping only. Please report it within 24 hours after delivery, with photos.
