No Refunds or Returns
Every PrintVow product is custom made for you after you approve a design proof. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Free Remake
If there is a valid problem with your order, such as a defect, damage, or a mistake we made that was not in your approved proof, we will remake it for free. You pay the shipping cost only.
Not Covered
- Change of mind
- Errors that were in the proof you approved (like spelling, dates or names)
- Small color differences between screen and print
How to Request a Remake
Please report any issue within 24 hours after delivery. Email hello@printvow.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will review it and reply with next steps.
Cancellations
All orders and payments are non-refundable, including cancellations. The only remedy is a free remake for a valid issue, and you pay shipping only.
